These days we are working on the seven continents, the languages spoken in each one and some other relevant facts that we didn't know. Today we had good fun because we watched a short documentary about it.
Which is the biggest continent? What about the smallest one? How many countries are in Africa? Where is the longest river? How long is it? What is the largest country? What about the smallest one? These are just some of the questions that we answered in class.
EMOTIONS Rudolph the red nosed reindeer has been our friend this week. We watched a short story about his life and then we designed some masks.
What was interesting was the moral:we should not overlook people just because they're different. The reindeers laugh at Rudolph because of his appearance. As it turns out, he's actually nice and his differencesare useful. The reindeers learn an important lesson that teaches them not to refuse people based on appearance, it is not fair. In fact, differences within a group can strengthen it.
Recently we have been working on Christmas topics. One of them was the famous song We wish you a Merry Christmas which they sang and danced perfectly well! Here you have the song so you can also practice it at home.
EXPLORERS Last week we did a little play and we had a great time! The only thing is that I can not upload the whole video because it's too big. However I'll try to edit it. Let's see what I can do ;)
